Part adage, part cliché – ‘if a tree falls in the forest with no one there to hear it, will it make a sound?’ The answer is – ‘of course.’ But because no one is there to hear the sound, the sound doesn’t matter.
In much the same way, if content is published to your website with no one able to find it, your online content doesn’t matter. This applies to everything from an exhaustively researched white paper to an opinion heavy blog post.
