When the world’s foremost experts on social media, search marketing and online public relations gather to attend an event, the challenge to present compelling and actionable information is clearly on. Dating back to the beginning of this decade, the team at WebMasterWorld have met this challenge again and again with the PubCon series of conferences.

Webmasterwworld PubCon conferences are among the longest-running educational and networking events dedicated to search engine marketing.

PubCon South, which was held this month in Austin, Texas, featured sessions focused heavily on social media best practices, including numerous sessions on Twitter. Social media topics were equally mixed with cutting edge insight on pay per click, search engine optimization and public relations.

Deeply ingrained in the social media marketing mix was TopRank® Online Marketing CEO Lee Odden who presented on three panels, two of which centered on social media related topics.

One of the longest running online communities in the search marketing industry is WebmasterWorld.  The offline counterpart to this community is the Pubcon conference which has been running educational/networking events for many years.  Along with keynotes from Guy Kawasaki of Alltop and Matt Cutts of Google, TopRank Online Marketing CEO Lee Odden will be presenting at the Pubcon South conference in Austin, Texas March 12, 2009. Lee will be presenting on two regular sessions covering Twitter and PR SEO as well as a Super Session on social media marketing.

The famed WebmasterWorld Pubcon conference will be hosting one of the largest collections of webmasters, marketers (client side and agencies) and small business owners looking for insights into better marketing online.

TopRank CEO Lee Odden will be participating Wednesday, Nov 12th on a panel of industry bloggers to discuss issues and opportunities with blogging in the search marketing world. He will also present on Online Reputation Management.
