Creative Director

The Creative Director is responsible for developing & executing all creative strategies for our book of clients to reach strategic objectives. The Creative Director is a leader who inspires the creative team to deliver content that engages the target audience while maintaining brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, shaping the story for the business that conveys value proposition
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly content to explore and implement new ideas, solutions & template designs
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing assets
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Guide design team to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategy
  • Guide creative pitches to existing clients
  • Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets for design team
  • Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 8-15 years experience in creative design, at least 5 years digital
    • At least 5 years of agency experience
    • Experience in B2B required
  • Expert in design tools Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent foundation of design fundamentals and typography
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio
  • Experience in interactive design
    • Preferred:
      • Ceros or Webflow experience
      • Experience in UX design
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in design
